About Me
Kelly Messier, NTP
Choosing to become a certified NTP (Nutritional Therapy Practitioner) when there are several options for holistic health education, was easy for me. I've always had a passion for fitness and wellness. In my own healing journey (I was dealing with fatigue, weight gain, and injuries), it was an FNTP, who helped to empower and guide me on my way to wellness. Studying with the NTA and understanding the work of Dr. Weston A. Price, which advocates strong foundations of nourishing foods, gut healing and lifestyle changes to support the body in healing itself, is the basis for The Nutrition Connection, LLC. Becoming a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner has enabled me to follow my passion and empower others on their healing journey.

Being outdoors, gardening, hiking and kayaking are some of my favorite things to do. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes for my husband and two children.

After earning my bachelor's degree, I worked as a Land Survey Technician and Civil Engineering Technician. Following the birth of my children, I was involved in several organizations within our community.

I am a member of the Weston A. Price Foundation, a non-profit that focuses on health and nutrition through studies and ancestral wisdom.
